Gassman
Head Coach
Education: Collins Hill High School B.S.Ed University of Georgia M.A. University of Alabama
During his high school career, he was a 4x Gwinnett All-County selection, 4x 8AAAA Region Champion, and 2x AAAA GA State Placer (3rd/5th).
Coach Gassman also wrestled for the University of Georgia Wrestling Club where he was 1998 National Collegiate Wrestling Champion at 118lb.
Coach Gassman has coached at Collins Hill for the past seven years where they have never finished below third place in the state tournament. During his time there as an assistant, they won three AAAAA Traditional State championships and three AAAAA State Dual meet championships.
Married to former Mrs. Monica Power.

Darryl
Colley
Assistant Coach
Coach Colley is a graduate of Stephenson High School in Stone Mountain. While in high school, he wrestled JV and Varsity in the 189 and 215 weight classes. Coach Colley graduated from Georgia Southern University in Fall 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Technology Education. He is currently working on his Master's Degree in Workforce Education. For the past 6 years, Coach Colley has been coaching in several different arenas including Step, Little League football, and Martial Arts. Although Coach Colley has been away from the mats, he's ready to start building the Mountain View Wrestling Dynasty!

Steve
West
Assistant Coach
Coach West has taught and coached in Gwinnett County since 1981. He has been the head coach at Shiloh and Grayson High schools. His teams have won the Gwinnett County Championship and the Region Championships throughout his career. Randy
Bortles
Assistant Coach
Coach Bortles has coached at McIntosh, Newnan, and Wheeler high schools through out his career. He also is a highly experienced wrestling official that has officiated many Georgia State Wrestling Tournaments. Coach Bortles is on the board of the Georgia Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame.
